Orders from rest of Europe:

We ship to all EU countries to your doorstep with UPS. Please contact us for details of costs. All orders require full prepayment before shipping.

Our products and prices
All prices in the store, on the website and in advertisements are in SEK or EUR and include VAT (25%). We reserve the right to any inaccuracies that may be found in both text and price. Should any error be discovered, we would be very grateful for information from you about this. To shop with us, you must be over 18 years old. When you place an order in our online store, you also agree to our terms of purchase. The product remains the property of the seller until paid for in full.

We use Shopify and Klarna as suppliers of our checkout. This means that we may share your personal data such as contact details and order information with Shopify and Klarna when the checkout is loaded, so that they can handle your purchase. Your personal data that is shared is processed according to Shopify's and Klarna's own data protection policy.

Municipalities, government and other organizations may need to contact us to have the order handled and invoiced directly by Afrikanska Kompaniet AB. Send an email to info@frikanskakompaniet.se

ATTENTION! For security reasons, both the invoice and the delivery of goods will be sent to your registered address. If you want to send a gift home to someone else's address, please contact us.

Delivery and shipping conditions
We normally pack and send the goods to you within 5 working days. 

If something should be backlisted, you will be informed immediately by email or telephone. Should an item be delayed, you as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if you do not approve the new proposed delivery time. Non-triggered shipments are charged a return fee of EUR 20.

The package normally arrives in 3-5 days to your delivery location after it has been shopped from us.

SMS notification: On the same day that the package arrives at your delivery point, you will be sent an SMS with a four-digit code that you use (together with leg) to collect your package.

Packages that have not been collected from agents:
The parcels are returned to Afrikanska Kompaniet AB after the current residence time at the agent. If your package has been returned to us, you can contact us for a new delivery. You must then pay new shipping for your shipment. For unredeemed packages that have been returned to us and where the customer has regretted their purchase, a return fee of EUR 20 will be charged.

Right of withdrawal and complaints
Afrikanska Kompaniet AB follows the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.

Right of withdrawal
If you regret the purchase and want to return or exchange the item, we offer a 14-day open purchase for unused items with unbroken packaging. You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping to us. If you want to exchange the item for something else, we will cover the shipping back to you.

Complaints
If an item is faulty or damaged in transit, you must contact us as soon as the fault is discovered. Write an email to info@afrikskankompaniet.se and indicate the error and you will receive help with the return and cancellation of the purchase. Specify the product in question and describe the problem. Afrikanska Kompaniet is responsible for the return shipping and we will replace you with a new item or refund your money. When the return is sent to us, the customer number and order/invoice number must appear on the shipment. We refund money for returns and approved complaints within 14 days.
