RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
When purchasing goods at www.afrikskankompaniet.se, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with the current law on distance contracts. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel his purchase by notifying us within 14 days of the Customer or the Customer's representative receiving the ordered item (the cancellation period).

There is no return fee if you place a new order on the same day as your return registration, otherwise a return fee of EUR 9 will be charged.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that goods returned are in original condition. Used or damaged items are not accepted for refund or change. In connection with returns or exchange of products ordered by the customer, any original packaging, packaging, instructions, user manuals and labels must also be included in the shipment.
To accept your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are not refunded. This applies to both the cost of shipping that may have occurred when the customer ordered the product, as well as the cost of shipping that relates to returns.
In the case of returns, the customer is responsible for shipping. We recommend that the customer use a trackable shipping method when returning products. Afrikanska Kompaniet only refunds returned products that are delivered to the delivery address specified by Afrikanska Kompaniet
After Afrikanska Kompaniet has received and inspected returned goods, the customer is notified via e-mail. The purpose is to notify the customer that Afrikanska Kompaniet has received returned goods. Provided that no deviations, such as wear or other value-reducing deviations can be identified, refunds will be made within 5-20 working days from the return arriving at Afrikanska Kompaniet and the customer being notified by e-mail.
When we handle a return that follows the criteria as above, a refund or credit to your invoice is made, depending on how the customer originally made the payment.

LATE OR MISSING REIMBURSEMENT
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be recorded.
Then contact your bank. There may be some processing time before refunds are posted.
REFUNDS IN THE EVENT OF INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
In the event that the customer provided an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase and the package is returned, the original shipping cost and return shipping costs will be charged to the customer in question.
