General Measuring Instructions

Remember, when measuring with a tape measure, HOLD THE TAPE MEASUREMENT STEADY AND HORIZONTAL . DO NOT PULL IT HARD.

Neck circumference: Measure all the way around your neck. Add a little extra room for comfort.
Sleeve length: Measure the length of the arm, starting from the middle of the neck at the back and ending where the hand meets the wrist.
Bust: Inhale, hold your breath and measure around the upper part of the chest under the arms.
Back length: Measure from the collar seam on the back down to the bottom edge of the hem.
Waist: Measure at the height you want the garment to sit:
- High waist: Measure around the point where you want to wear the garment (usually at or covering the belly button).
- Mid-rise waist: Measure midway between the hips and belly button.
- Low waist: Measure around the lower part of the hips, lower than the mid-rise waist.
Buttocks/Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hip (approx. 18 cm - 20 cm below your waist).
Inseam (Trousers/Shorts): Measure along the inseam of the garment from the crotch seam to the bottom edge/hem.
